Because of the nature of the product we can not allow products to be returned.  If there is an issue with the product please contact us and we will work with you to correct any issues.

Shipping will be whatever ths actual cost is to ship it to you it is figured at checkout.  

We do not charge a handeling fee, we appreciate you helping us make a dream come true, so we will pack your order with love and care at not additional charge.
